I need an ID please

Can anybody please tell me what the black, blue and white butterfly is?

Could these please be ID'd as well?

Well the last one looks like a Damsle fly to me, and i think the black/blue/white butterfly is the same as the yellow ones in the pic, but a male.

1. Spicebush Swallowtail - Papilio troilus or possibly the Pipevine Swallowtail - Battus philenor
2. Heliconiinae...I think.
3. Zebra Heliconian - Heliconius charithonia...I think.
4. Some damselfly, as stated above.
