Just got this girl a few months ago. She's a feisty one! It prefers the butt threat and a quick squish het butt to her head pose. So of course I took a pic.

I don't even care about the setae, it's adorable when tarantulas do this.

Absolutely gorgeous pictures! I was always under the assumption that this species was very light sensitive. Not too many well-lit pictures out there.

@Trenor i know a guy he's got X.intermedia and sp blue pair woot. @EulersK their not too light sensitive from my experience. Here's a well lit pic of God you can even see the silvery sheen on her beautiful black legs.

I have a few more of this species I will post some more pics when my female comes out she just molted so she's quite spectacular right now.

Lo an behold the pretty lady was out tonight and I got pics of the male too. First two pics is the female last pic is the male. He's a flicker so pretty bald.
