My seemanni has a cricket in her burrow and the damned thing is trying to lay eggs. I tried to flush the both of them out with a bit of water, but she just climbed slightly above water level and ignored it. the cricket pulled her spear-thingie out of the dirt (for obvious reasons) but hasn't surfaced. How can I get the crick to surface to remove it. I'm really worried because I know my T is due for a molt and it starting to show on her abdomen.

Got long forceps?

Otherwise, try and cut the cricket's ovipositor (spike thingy) off before you drop it in the tank.

I've actually heard of people cutting them off, only to witness the cricket still laying eggs, heh.

I did manage to get the crick out. I just keep flooding it till they both got pissed off. The T is hanging outside of its burrow for the first or second time since digging it. She doesn't seem to want to eat, so I'm assuming the molt will be soon (as I mentioned, she's starting to change colors).
