I did not touch her I just grabbed a cork bark but she fell but a bit closer to the ground

it's still very small so it may be okay. You'll just have to wait to see how it goes. Just need to leave it alone, don't touch it or anything.

Keep the humidity up and wait for it to finish molting.
Like @Poonjab says, if it aborts the molt then it will most likely die.
