I believe this has been discussed before, and I beieve the simpler answer was that the cage humidity doesn't really matter, it'll help a little with loosening the molt, but the most important thing is that they are hydrated. So make sure it has a waterdish.
I, myself, never really worry about humidity. I think it's overrated. My Ts are fine as long as they have a waterdish. I am sure there will be some that agree and some that disagree.
