I just got a tiger leg centipede a few days ago at the Tucson reptile show, and I was just wondering how long it would take for him to settle in? The box he(he, she, it) came in had about three crickets worth of legs in it and he was very active. When I got him set up in his tank he walked around for about 15 minutes and then found the water dish where he drank and drank and drank, poor guy was so thirsty 
. Then he found the piece of wood i had in there for him and hes only come out about twice since. I threw in a cricket for him and hes found it a few times but hasn't eaten it.
I'd like to know how centipedes go about settling in, or if different pedes do things differently?
I'm just being over anxious, the temp in the tank is a steady 80 and the humidity is at 80%. I have crickets and dubia roaches for him, I bought a breeding colony of the B. dubia so I think I'll let them establish and feed him crickets for a while.
