How to measure?

When ordering my GBB I want it as big or bigger than my A. Avic, which has a DLS of 2 1/2"
do websites use the dls? Or the length of it's body?
I'm so confused

im pretty sure all websites use DLS. if you arent sure just email them.

Most reputable U.S. websites will either use DLS (diagnol legspan) or LS (legspan). You can ask to clarify. It should be noted that some European websites list BL (bodylength), but they usually state (for example) "BL 1/2"" or something along those lines. Also, centipedes are usually measured in BL.

Keep hunting. Eventually there will be one. Maybe try an expo. That's what I'm doing. I'm having the same issues.

A GBB over 2 1/2" DLS is gonna be pretty expensive. I, personally, prefer to raise them up from slings to see the color transformations and such, but to each their own.

Even at 1", the slings are pretty hardy, so if you can't find something bigger, I would consider that option.

Don't assume, ask how they measured. You'll learn that some "reputable" dealers really aren't reputable at all.
