How to keep your Thai millipede in the dark.

I suggest making a curtain to go over an area where the viv can rest. I have found this helpful as I am pretty sure my Thai millipede is malting, (I'm not too sure though) I could do with a little help though as my pede has not moved since the night I got him, is there anything I can feed him or give him to help. (i'm not sure that he Is malting as after doing intense research, he is not burrowed.) please help <3
