Question How to embed media from instagram?

How do I embed media from instagram?
When I do it the way I think it's supposed to work I just get a link.
I click on the picture icon, then click on the link icon, put in the URL and it gives me an error message:

That should have worked.

Looking into this further, it looks like Facebook/Instagram dropped support for certain types of embeds, of which the one Xenforo uses happens to be one of them. This is related to FB/Instagram dropping support for embeds on wordpress sites (Xenforo uses the same type of system).

From Xenforo:

Essentially it's not possible for us to include Instagram embed support any longer.

I'll look into a different solution, but can't promise anything.

Ha! Glad I'm not the problem!

No worries if you don't have an easy fix. I'll just have to do it the old way and link to the picture not the post and use a regular IMG tag.
