How soon to move after a molt?

I was wanting to change the substrate to peat for my curly hair. It molted on 8-1-03. It is just about adult size. Would it be safe to move it now or should I give it a few more days?

Although 5 days should be fine,if it's not entirely necessary give it a couple more days.Not necessarily because of the chance of hurting/damaging the T but it just molted which is/can be a very stressful time.Moving/capturing and rearranging it's enclosure will no doubt add some stress also.I'd wait until you see it's active and eating again....peace..
