How should I introduce another adult het laoticus?

Im thinking about getting another adult Het laoticus for my 10g, I currently have one adult female in there.

How should I introduce them? Should I take the female one out and put them in at the same time? Or should I just put the other one in there with the one already in the enclosure? When I do a quick search on introducing and communal setups all I get is yes they are communal as long as you have hides and keep them well fed nothing on how to actually getting them introduced.

I dont have any official 'hides' in there the female either wedges herself in between the glass and the plant pottery or stays under the piece of drift wood in there. She doesnt burrow at all, but I could make a 'starter' burrow if needed for this 2nd het though.

I've been told with emps to take both out, rearrange things, then put them both in. Otherwise, the original female will get territorial, sometimes anyway. It's safest to rearrange the cage. My two cents.

not sure how I am to rearrange I have a waterfall, a piece of driftwood, and a pothos plant in there?

Maybe I can start digging some pre-burrows?

i mean rearrange burrows. No need to completely redo the tank, just mess it up.

sorry bout your luck. You should look into finding a local reptile show. They might have one in Seattle or Tacoma. Dont quote me on it. They may have some invert vendors. That's how I get a majority of mine.

the guy working at the store tried to sell me juvies and I told him that I was going to make a communal setup with 2 adults and he said they would fight and that emperors were the only communal species they had :/

there is a show in oregon by me i think sometime in the fall or summer I might just get some there.
