How often do I feed my Egyptian Predatory Beetle? (Anthia sexmaculata)

Can someone enlighten me as to how often Im meant to feed my Anthia sexmaculata? I cant find any information online anywhere. Ive been feeding him one extra large cricket or large locust every 3 or 4 days but Im not sure if this is too much or not enough.

Also any ideas on temperature? He/she is at about 26/27 centigrade at the moment.

A large prey item once a week is sufficient for these guys. Your temps seem correct, but they can tolerate 10C-32C. Temperature fluctuates a lot in the desert!
