How long can Cryptic mantis go without food?

I have a Cryptic mantis who moulted on the 5th of January and the flies are predicted to arrive on the 10th even then they may not be hatched
She is now a instar 4 or 5
Her abdomen is very thin she was very well fed before the moult
How long do you think I can wait, she doesn't seem interested in wild caught Isopods ( no flies around at current)

I dont think isopods are good options. Flies, crickets, roaches, moths, grasshoppers are better food source for mantis. If she doesn't like isopods she wont eat.

Perhaps 72h after molt she can live without food.

Only we've had frost and I cannot find any of those

If you dont have options, you can try shrimp or even beef.
