Problem How does one delete completed conversations?

I ought to be able to figure this out but can't seem to. I expected to get a DELETE ALL SELECTED prompt when I went through and selected unimportant or completed conversations that were just hanging around, getting in the way, and taking up space - but there wasn't one.

I think clicking on leave conversation deletes it

However, let's say you have 50 messags w/in that conversation you just "left". And your inbox fills up (you'll never know), but isn't totally full. THEN, that "left" conversation appears back in your box because the person replied back. All those 50 "in-convesation" messages count towards your inbox usage, which is terrible. Especially because there is no usage bar to indicate how full inbox is. There used to be a bar in the old forum version!!
