How do you clean a burrowing tarantulas cage?

I wonder this because some burrowers are especially agressive like the cobalt blue. Do you just fearlessly dig up the tarantula, coax into a cup and get it outta there? or do you put another container in the cage, wait for curiousity to get the best of it and when it wanders in there put a lid on it? Just curious because i might like to let one of my tarantulas burrow in the future.

if you think the cage truely needs cleaning you need to just suck it up and dig the nasty little bugger up the curiosity thing might work but as we all know T's rarely do what we want them to just be careful not to collapse too much of the burrow on top of her.... I've had luck coaxing T's out of a burrow with a peice of plastic fish tank tubing just stick it in the hole and blow just be ready to drop a deli cup over her when she comes to the entrance of her burrow in the wild flooding is a great option but I don't think it would be worth the mess in a home good luck
