How do I take care of a zophobas/superworm beetle?

for my part I use oatmeal for substract , eggs crate for the hide and fruit for food and drink.
for the enclosure I use Exo Terra faunarium (small) .

For info those dark beetle can release a poop smell chemical. I had it on my hand , it smell bad
so better to stay away from it
