What information would be useful on a "Hot" Sheet for Emergency Medical Personnel?

Species?
Common name?
A picture or ID # corresponding to tank/enclosure #?
Aspivenin?
Recommended medication?

Hopefully no one will actually have to use one of these but, it'd be nice to have one handy.

then you need to include one page for each species you own, a photo of the species, common and Latin names, and other similar infomation (The Scorpion Files is good for this)

You Name, address, SSN, insurance info, emergency contact, known allergys and medical history...
