As for IDing a Redrump.. It is near impossible to know for sure by a photo.

@Robyn8 found a similar sort of adon our national 'craigslist', marktplaats. When pointed out, the guy was clueless. And another guy had an ad for a P.murinus, going with the text: nice beginner species, fun to own spider. Sigh.
