I showed my girlfriend this video as we have the same species.

Iv only handled her a couple of times and our jaws dropped when we seen this{D

made me think twice.

Yeah more of this little lady please, shes got character:evil::worship:

Happens to mine too, she calms down once she realizes it ain't edible.:D

yeah i saw it the other day and just kept thinking " so why are rosea considered starter Ts" Other then that i still think she is a cutey lol :p

G.rosea and G.porteri are definitely not beginner species.. I have 2 both are evil, but I love them :)

I watch that video all the time lol. Coincidentally, I just showed it to my boyfriend today. I got him to hold one of these at the pet store on friday, so he's a little bit surprised. =3
Very cool video, though. I get a kick out of the eating scene, too.

Yeah, I agree.
I have a RCF that tend's to go for the tongs as well. She always throws a pose normally, but only ever seem to actually attack if she thinks it's food.

You got a lovely little T nonetheless :)

Awesome!!! And guess what??? My porteri is just as insane, you don't even need to even touch her, and she's only a juvie!!! Love her to pieces though, at least she has character :)

I agree. Occasionally when I stick my hand in to fill my G. Rosea's water dish, she jumps at the movement. It still kind of freaks me out. Haha.

I'm surprised the fangs don't break when they chomp down on that metal. I worry about that when I feed with the tongs and they suddenly attack. Pretty tarantula!
