I finally transferred one of my Hogna schmitzi into a new enclosure. I am not completely sure what does their natural habitat look like, but I tried my best to replicate the environment I see in pictures on google of this species.
I went for an arid set up.
One day later it started to use this gap between the mud stone tiles as a hide~
Anyone know how to tell if it is mature? and how to sex them? I was told the only way is to look at their epigynum.
