finally bought me some slings of these US Wolfspiders :)
can anyone tell me what their growrate is aprox. ?


cute little thingys :}

Where did you buy them?

No idea on the growth rate, guess that depends a lot on how much you feed them, but where did you buy them from? I've wanted some for a year or so, havent had much luck finding them.

i've got them from a UK-dealer,... i find it strange that you can't find any and you're living on the right side of the pond :? :)

Yeah, I stink at spider hunting.

We used to have them all over the place, as a kid I thought they were tarantulas they were so big. But the places I used to find them are developed now, and they don't seem so common. I've seen a couple, still havent caught one.

little update :)

fearless little wolfs,...
they started to take down crickets their own legspan or even bigger :eek:

You need to grow these up and breed them! I missed out on my opportunity to get some, and i'm relying on you now! :D ;)

their are spiders like this every where around here during the summer months..
huge ones :eek:
and i couldnot even begain to tell you what species they are:?
