This is the first halfway decent photo I have been able to get of my
Heteroscodra Maculata - Ornamental Baboon/Togo.

i almost never see my h. maculata... "rorschach" found a tiny space at the base of her climbing branch and has officially moved from her wall half-log to a burrow at the branch. :wall:

Mine is about an inch. I figured it lived like that because it was a spiderlings. I guess I’ll be dealing with the same cage mess just to larger extent in the future. Is yours pretty much a living hole?

Nice pic btw.

from what i can tell, they're like p. irmina in their behavior of hiding. mine (~3.5") stayed in her hide log until she saw the opportunity to create a burrow at the base of a tall structure.... and once she was there, there was no real way to move her. eventually i'll have to be brave and clean out her enclosure... and then i'll discourage any more burrowing.

as a sling, she and her brother were both notorious burrowers. i never saw them.

I have 3 1/4" HMAC slings. Can't wait for them to color up...If I ever see them again. All have dug burrows & at content to stay there. Although is 1 inparticularly that I see out at night once in a blue moon.

mine's "visable" again. she looks fat, i'm hoping for a molt within a couple months (she molted back in may). still a tannish color with dark brown markings. each molt gets lighter...
