It could mean that it isn't humid enough. Enclosure pics would help, but she could just really like her water dish and a burrow ;)

My baby Asian forest scorplings prefer to hide under the water dish over the hides I made because they like it really tight and comfy. So I say it's normal but also this species does like pretty high humidity

I started by pouring a good amount of water into the substrate evenly. And continue to spray it atleast once a day. Sometimes I forget to its ok and sometimes I spay it up to 3 times in one day to mix it up.
