My vietnamese centepede escaped and went behind the baseboard of my wall, what can i do?

Get a skill saw. Get to cutting. Drywall is easy and inexpensive to repair.

Get an escape- proof enclosure next time. Sorry to burst you bubble, but it’s unlikely that you’ll be able to recapture it. But there is still hope! Like others have said if you want to cut open the drywall, that’s always an option. Another thing you could do is get some moist towels and leave them on the floor throughout the room. The pede is likely to hide under one if it finds it, because they are fairly moisture dependent.

Either way, make sure you tell everyone in the house that lives with you, so they are aware (and so that they don’t kill you if they happen to find it). Good luck, and keep us posted!
