Hi, I impulsively bought a Regal jumping spider and now realised that I would not enjoy keeping spiders as much as scorpion. Does anybody know how to cancel a pending order with the spider shop??

You can reply to the confirmation email. I've had to do this to rearrange a delivery. They may not refund you but give you a voucher to use in the future instead

Cancelled an order once as I went over budget before payday I used their contact form on their website and it was refunded, no problems. Like @Baby T said, they're good guys

The only one who can definitively inform you of a seller's cancellation policy is the seller you purchased from. Your best bet is to contact them directly.
