Help with centipede

Hello y’all. I recently got a scolopendra heros and it was doing fine until recently. It appears that it’s back half of legs are having trouble moving and it is acting lethargic. Not sure what the issue could be as I keep it bone dry and provide a water dish.

Could be an injury, I don’t think there is anything you could or can do. It will either heal or it won’t.
