Help, tiny orange spheres found under water dish

I was cleaning my a. avic water dish and found a number of these tiny see-through orange spheres. There is a few fuzzy patches around the damp substrate near the water dish so I wasn’t sure if this could be a type of mold or not. Any help or guidance would be appreciated, thank you.
