Help please

I have 2 scorpions and one is always laying on the other. Anyone know why? I have no clue if they are male or female as the pet store had no clue. One is high strung and always ready to protect itself (the one on top) and the other is very laid back and calm.
The one on bottom is always wet when the top one moves

Are you sure? I should mention I have had them for about 4 months together and they have done this about 3-4 times

Yeah. As goes it, they are communal until they are not. One day you’ll wake up to one of them dead. I’m sure others will be on before long to confirm the same.

Ok thank you so much for your help. I have separated them. As soon as I moved the aggressive one it came charging rite back and climed back on top.
