My mantis (unknown spicie) had fallen ad not moveing. She is now moving a little after some honey and water, I do not know what to do she is about a year old so I hope this is not the end of the line for her. Please help!!! She is also now dragging her big abdomen around which seems to be a bad sign for me.

Ok... that’s sad 😢 but how do I euthanize a praying mantis?

I have put her in a plastic box with paper towels and some low branches with leaves, is this ok for her?

Sorry OP, sounds like she’s on her way out. Mantis are expected to live about a year in captivity so you’ve done well with her. Is why I wouldn’t get any... would get too attached and their lifespan is too short for me personally.
You know what to do if you miss her 😊

Just to piggyback off @MrGhostMantis, putting them in the freezer they don't feel cold the same way we do. They get sluggish like we do in the cold but don't feel cold pain. The least violent way to euthanize them.
