Can you get a clearer picture of the carapace?

I'm guessing you have a H. longimanus (possibly borneensis spp.). Where did you get it?

Opinion only..looks female. But the angle of that overhead gives much false perception.

A bigger picture of the pectines helps too, all of the pictures in the first post are entirely too small.:)

looks like you decided to bring your query in arachnoboards as well. why not try venomlist since you're at it :p

my opinion was a male h.longimanus; species because of the elongated chela and the granulation on the prosoma and male because of the angle of the pectines...any more accurate guesses?
