HELP just got sling P. regius

I just was delivered a sling P. regius, and I didn't realize that they would send me a sling since I've ordered from them in the past. I don't have fruit flies rn, I just ordered some but what do I do in the meantime?
I've never taken care of a sling before so any and all help is definitely welcome!!

Grab some mealworms and cut them up. Pinhead crickets might work depending on the size
