really? don't you think it's a v. confusus? it was sold to me as confusus & i'm just wondering because it looks like my spinigerus...:confused:

i was thinking v. confusus because of the lack of color...but dont quote me on that...nice specimen by the way

No, it doesnt strike me as V. confusus. The widened 5th metasomal segment and general look of the specimen looks like V. spinigerus to me.

my vote is V. spinigerus due to the tail stripe. but i'm also not a scorpion guru. :eek:

the chela look to thin to be V. spinigerus...maybe better pictures would help, until then I'm sticking with V. coahuilae...
