As long as the ooth is not hurt, it should still be healthy to import. Mantis ooths were meant to go through very cold weather and other dangerous things. I know the cold is very bad in South Korea, because I had family go there a little after 추석. The mantises you have are all very cool species, and I hope they are good for you.

The ooths will live in the cold, but will not hatch until it is warm.
