They're not *too* big yet, just the perfect size for handling. I can't wait until they get bigger :D

This one was a little bit more skittish than the second...

Here's my perfect OBT that held still:

Beautiful!

Crawling over my hand like a G. rosea...

Here she is posing on the underside of my arm:

My C. brachycephalus crawling around:

Nope, they were just as sweet as could be :D Didn't have any problems with them! Which was kinda surprising, especially with the OBTs since they have such a great reputation and all.

I had one but it hooked out and died. Would no way been brave enough to try that. Would love to get another but afraid it would be like the first I had and be insane. My daughter called him nascar cause every time you would get near the cage he would start doing laps. This was mines usual attitude when bothered.

Thanks! Well, they were pretty darn easy-going so I had no trouble at all holding them. In all honesty they were little sweethearts! ;)

JR, I've got four OBTs, and only two have given me threat poses - simply because they wouldn't come down off the lid and I kept tearing their webs down... Some of them are evil, but not all of them! Either that or those two I handled just happen to think they're of the Grammostola genus...

I was going to put him up for breeding but he didnt last long after he hooked out. His back legs started shrinking up and curling so I frooze the little demon. I get a male again and he will go to find a female as soon as he hooks.
I hope if I get another I get lucky and its not insane.

I'm hoping I can do something with my MM G. aureostriata... He matured last week, I need to figure out what to do with him...

Hopefully if you do decide to get another OBT you won't get a psycho! :D
