Heating for roaches

I am looking into getting some roaches rn and am wondering what the best way to provide heating is. I am going to either keep them in a plastic storage bin or a ten gallon. For the ten gallon what lamp/bulb provides proper heating with low costs? For the other one what should I use? Heating pad? How much does it cost to run a heating pad and do I turn it off at night? The species I am looking at is blaberus giganteus

I've seen people do it with a heating pad taped to one narrower side from the outside. Eggcrates leaning over towards the side with the heat pads.
