handling Hasarius adansoni

im new to keeping spider, anyone here know how to keep/handle Hasarius adansoni. What do they eat? Any specific closure required?

Edit: not sure if I get the species correct, also what’s the gender. Can anyone help me identify thx

I believe you got the species correct and I would say that's a male but I don't have any experience with this species so some correct me if I'm wrong. Fruit flies are great food for jumping spiders, he should be plenty big enough to eat Hydei but Melanogaster is also an option. Feeding twice a week is good but once a week can also work. Jumping spiders need room to explore, vertical space is more important that horizontal. Give it things to climb and jump on. Twigs from outside work great but make sure to clean them well, boil them for 1.5 - 2 hours. Fake plants work great, too. Mini spray bottles are good for providing water. They like drinking the droplets from the side of the enclosure.

But sadly I released it 2 hours ago cuz I don’t think I have the ability to provide the food source for it. I only kept it for 1 night.
Not sure where could I find the food source for the spider in the place where I live (HK)

Also I’m not sure if ordering Fruit flies/other bugs from internet and ship them from another country to my country is legal or not

can i ask a question? do they eat ants too? and what times do they eat cause mine was not eat any of the ants i catch and now i'm really worried T-T
