Im looking to get this as my first scorpion but have no clue on care, I've read some stuff about humidity and misting but it just confused me, doesn't it need dry sub or wet sub and is a waterdish ok and is coco fiber ok for sub

I'm not a Scorpiones man at all but let's see if I remember how, + or - 25 years ago (Jesus Christ if I'm old) I kept mine.

I used sand, and I was generous with that... 25/30 cm. I offered an hide, a water dish, of course, and nothing else if I'm not wrong. Not even after 6/8 months I gave away that bugger.

Dry enclosure. Deep substrate. If you can find an adult it's recommended. They have trouble molting in captivity. The humidity should be added when it's ready to molt otherwise dry is fine. A burrowing substrate is needed. Sand clay and cocofiber mixture works well
