H. trog scorplings?

So here's the situation. I have a trog who had a clutch of about 8 scorplings 3 years ago. She is still alive and eats a fuzzy about every couple of months. I just checked on her to water her and she is crazy FAT! Her last meal was about a month and a half ago and I have seen her since then and she looked nowhere near this plump. I just wanted some opinions if you don't mind offering them about whether she could be ready to drop another clutch...

Is there any other reason for a female scorpion to live 3 years after a clutch and look grotesquely fat and be very active? Don't most large scorp species go downhill after their last clutch? Again, any opinions would be very appreciated.
