I rehouse my H.lividum sling into a enclosure with coconut fiber as substrate n i water one side of the substrate as i know H.lividum like moisture n high humidity. I found that the slings keep trying to climb up away from the substrate or trying to escape. I wonder if something is wrong about the enclosure. I only rehouse the sling about an hour ago. Heres a picture of the enclosure. The substrate smells coconuty heavily as it is smoothened coconut husk, i wonder if this is the reason. The black colour substrate are potting soil i used for its previous enclosure (i change the substrate as i water the enclosure too much and i found that potting soil clump together when moist and are 16004331789549162642923050455262.jpg hard for the sling to dig).

The substrate can be moist throughout. Let the spider settle into its new enclosure, this can take anywhere from a few hours to a few weeks.
