Damn. I was really hoping for a female. And not for the normal reasons either. I like the way that the females of this species look more than the way that the males look. If the roles sex/coloration characteristics were reversed, I would have prefered the male, despite the lower life expectancy.

Oh well.

I accidentally knocked over this little guys terrarium so I cleaned it out, gave new substrate, built a burrow that was better suited to my viewing pleasure, and took the opportunity to get a snapshot since these opportunities are very few and far between.

Oh yeah, btw, this guy didn't show any aggression what so ever when I was prodding him with a pen to get into a better pose for the camera. NO AGGRESSION.

That's pretty wild him not showing aggression. If he matures out, I and about twenty other people have female adults that I'm sure wouldn't mind meeting him :)

How aggressive is your aurepilosum? Is it on par with the lividums?
