Neat. I'll come back and include mine, though none are mature yet.
I just wanted to add that you should also note how they were generally fed (powerfed, more than once a week, once a week, whenever I felt like it, etc.), as without that, the dates don't really mean much.

EDIT:

And general temps too!

i have records of all the molts i have for all the slings i have. I don't have enough time in the hobby to have significant records, but i've been thinking of starting a newer more detailed record of them such as growth rate, feeding, molt times and a few other details. I just haven't set it up just yet. i also got a few new 3rd and 5th instars so i'm still in the middle of naming and working on their records.

I have detailed molt records but my T's generally grow pretty quick. I'm interested in seeing the OP's records posted for comparison.

I don't have a set feeding schedule... I feed them according to abdomen size (plump but not over fed) but generally I feed slings 1 cricket/wk and sub-adults and adults get 2-3/wk. I set my temp according to the seasons right now night temp is around 72 degrees and day temp is 80 degrees (humidity I set according to the species specific needs). I get care information from Arachnopets.

I dont have a set feeding schedule either. I'll feed them till they're fat (not obese though) for the most part. They get crickets until I can get them to consistently take dubias, which varies from spider to spider. As far as temps, I keep them at 80-85, roughly, until they get to about 2.5 inches after which they're kept at room temps, probably about 68-78 depending on the time of year and day. Humidity-wise, I mist more or less depending on the specific T's requirements.
