hi all, I recently noticed whilst feeding my tarantulas that my feeder roaches bedding has grown green mould like bread if you leave it out to long, I failed to realised that wheat-bix /Wheaties will mold easily over time but now that its happen should I really be that concerned or are roaches hardy enough to survive the epidemic , also down in Aus the feeder roaches are wood roaches but i don't know how broad that is and i don't know the scientific name sorry.

I would clean it out. Green mold tends to be pretty nasty and may kill off some of your roaches.

Green mold may also be worse for your personal health as well, because the fungi release many spores which can trigger problems in asthma and other respiratory illnesses. You may want to ventilate your container better as the growth of green mold usually indicate inadequate ventilation.
