Hello,
I am rather new to the hobby and introduced me in this thread: http://arachnoboards.com/threads/introduce-yourself.101718/page-348#post-2944918

I already lost a Caribena versicolor sling ( http://arachnoboards.com/threads/caribena-versicolor-sling-enclosure-too-little-too-late.321124/ ) that's where I get paranoid:

I hope it’s not too late for my G. pulchra.

The substrate is a mix of coco fibre, unfertilized potting soil and sphagnum moss.

The holes are 2mm which I feared would be too big, so I put scotch tape over them and penetrated each hole with a needle.

Is this OK?

The body length is 10 mm. The diagonal leg span is about 2 cm.

Thanks @cold blood for your help here and in the C. versicolor thread.

I will buy new, smaller enclosures for the small slings and melt small holes in there with a soldering iron or with a bigger needle, which could be heated with a lighter.

After that I will rehouse her in the new small enclosure.
Then when her carapace is bigger than 2 mm I will rehouse her in the enclosure at the start of this thread WITHOUT tape.

Just use a condiment cup....poke a few holes with a pin, add a tablespoon of sub and you are done.
