Grammostola porteri - Mature Male: I never thought I see the day that I would experience a mature male try to molt again. Poor little guy wanted more action in his life but he finally his life ended in the result of old age and a second molt of maturity.

That's sad to see but part of tarantula MM life. There are some posts here I believe of MM porteri surviving post ultimate molts intact.

My first Rose Hair did this. I came home and found it 2/3's through its old molt. It definitely happens a bit.
