Got a new T!

went to the Sacramento Reptile Show and got it. Sort of a step up from my G. pulchra it was clearly happy to see me....

Woah! Beautiful. I was there too, I got my first T there, an A. chalcodes. I wish there had been more T dealers there though.

Wow! Shes absolutely beautiful! Next you should get an H. Lividum, that will make everything complete . I have been wanting an OBT for some time now, but the exotic petstore in town hasnt had any in yet, but they will soon i have my fingers crossed! They are so neat!!! Good luck!

thx guys! i've been feeding her (hope it's a her?) lotsa crix and she's been a monster!!!! i think she likes the killing prey part of it more than the eating. i tried to get her to get off the top of the tank cuz it makes me uncomfortable when she's up there by taking down her web. that just made her mad and she bit the side of the tank 3-4 times and then i felt bad for doing it. then i got the idea to put a TP tube in there after seeing some people's enclosures in the enclosure thread and noticing they all seem to make funnel/tube sort of webs and she LOVES it. hahahaha! it was a win-win situation. now i can maintain her tank without being so freaked out about her escaping
