hi what is a gooty sapphire :confused: i never heard of one :? i am in the u.k. whats it look like:? :confused: :8o -- phil
Poecilotheria metallica Looks like a poke with lots of blue and a good bit of yellow. I actually don't find them as attractive as rufilata especially at their price.

Why is it that there have only been a few good breedings? Are they hard to breed, or the females eat their mate, or their sacks? I've got a 5 1/2 inch female and if I was to try and breed her would I have a tougher time during the breeding or during the incubation period?????

yeah, i'm deffinitely looking forward to the NARBC show! hopefully someone there will have an A. Purpurea!
