Going to Greece

Hi! I'm going to Lefkas in Greece in a couple of days. Does anyone know if there are any interesting insects, spiders or maybe centipedes?

i guess scolopendra cingulata are common there,...

I dont know much about the place but you'll definately find Cingulatas as gongyles said (Look in olive-tree fields). You might also find those spiders that build the sheet-like web..... mantids.... ehhh many nice insects.... some small orb-weavers (spelling).... Generally, we're full of arthropods but they are small ones....

Where are you going to stay and when?
I might be there sometime in August.
Euscorpius Italicus is common there and also many spider species (wolf and ordweavers mainly)

As you might be aware it is illegal to collect bugs in all European countries, so be careful.
