I caught and released this little guy while roach collecting, in Florida.

I thinking it's a house gecko but there are a few different types.

I found several female ones inspecting possible egg laying sites, but I could not get a good photo.

Thanks, I remember visiting the Keys over ten years ago or so and seeing a lot of the parthenogenetic house geckos, it appears that this species is displacing them.

They are an incredibly competitive animal. It would be interesting to take a fixed environment and introduce several species. The dominant one could change week by week.
