Resolved Gallery Entry Not Showing as New Media

Today, I loaded the first photo for the new genus category of Neischnocolus. I have noticed that the media is not showing on the front page in the 'New Media' banner, but does show up when you go to the gallery.
I thought it might be a glitch because of the new genus being added.

This happens with a few specific genus galleries; I'm guessing there is a setting that needs to be checked or unchecked, but I don't have the access to change it. Paging @MrDeranged.

While I have your attention, would you mind checking if Omothymus is correctly configured? We had reports earlier that it was not displaying images in the New Media ticker. Thanks!

Omothymus should be coming up in the ticker as well. Fixed everything that was unchecked at that time.
