I'm currently living in Alma, New Brunswick, and looked outside today to see a small orbweaver engaged in battle with some rather large prey, so I went out to take some pictures. While I was out there, I noticed just up a bit on the same tree was suspended a very recently molted mature male orb weaver, of which I also took some pictures. Hopefully the palpal detail will come out on these reduced shots. That is, if the attachments work in the first place.
